Oak & Main (“we”, “us”) builds and maintains websites for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Details you give us via our mockup request form: your name, email, business name, and optionally your phone number, website, trade, goals, and any notes.
• Technical data handled by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare: IP address, browser type, and basic request logs, used to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To build and email your requested mockup and to respond to your enquiry.
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services if you become a client.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile).

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate (e.g. Cloudflare for hosting and our email provider for sending you the mockup), and only as required to deliver our service.

Retention

Mockup-request submissions are retained for up to 90 days unless you become a client, in which case we keep what’s needed to provide your service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices
